Checkin process was smooth at the urgent care ; Dr. Myint was great (excellent bedside manner and educator regarding treatment) hope he’s working the day you come in :) cheers! - Dr. W, O.D.
Arrived at the urgent care around 7:30 pm. Took about 30 min for my son’s vitals to be taken and another 20 min to go in for the ultrasound. We are still waiting, but the main reason for this review is Omar. He came out to make an announcement about how long the wait is going to be and what we could expect in the case of a patient coming in with a life threatening situation as this would take priority. Three hour wait time is, in my opinion, a typical wait time for an urgent care; although, the fact that Omar came out to talk to everyone was what I appreciated. He offered blankets, water, crackers, and was, overall, a very nice calming presence in a not so calm situation.... read full review
Best urgent care experience ever. Came here for a sinus infection vertigo issue at like 9pm and was seen by 10pm and out quickly after with a plan and prescription in play. Everyone was super nice, quick and attentive.
