I have been meditating for 4 months now and I am feeling a much greater sense of calmness and being in control. It's helped to clenase the internal addictions that I had been battling with inside my mind. This meditation will help you with your relationships, and feeling much happier about your life. Your true self is your happy self, everything else just gets in the way.
Now, San Diego Meditation has been offering online classes that are also very effective. They have the the capability to share inspirational videos and poems and documents using the Zoom program, which is really cool.
Lauren and Jin are very skilled in guiding and explaining the meditation method used to release the blocking thoughts and energy.
