We're SO happy with Shea built our home in 3 Roots! They faced a ton of challenges given the labor shortage and supply market and still managed to complete our home in less than a year's time. Everything was executed fantastically. Coming from a construction family, I can truly say they built a solid home. Great company! There are many individuals involved, from the builders, to the sales office, the design team, and the mortgage company. Shea does a great job of fitting those pieces together and making it a simple process from the perspective of the buyer. Everyone we've worked with has been so kind, willing to answer any questions, sending us pictures/videos of our home in process, providing suggestions, and just generally being a wonderful support network. Not to mention doing this all through the pandemic, which deserves major props.The mortgage was competitive and at no point has it felt like Shea is trying to take advantage of their position. Best customer service ever! We had very good experience buying a house from Shea Homes. They don’t throw customers over the fence after closing. They continue the services and are very responsible for the houses they have built.
