I have no idea why someone gave this place 1 star. I’m visiting and I was in desperate need to get my clothes washed and they went out of the way to get it done ASAP. They even went through the trouble to arrange a pickup outside store hours. I got great advice on how to spend my time. Very friendly and helpful!

I've been coming here since before it was Roy's and now Mr. Hui has sadly passed and the business has been sold. The service provided is what you expect from a dry cleaner but now there are worrying signs. They now open at 8 instead of 7 so you can't stop by before work. They took out the bell at the door so now you have to struggle to get someone's attention. If you don't look at your business from the customer's perspective and your competitors do, you will lose business to them. Please think about the message your changes send to your customers.

They are quality people and excellent cleaners. I have been going there for over 10 years and never had anything but exceptional service. I think those having issues with the business are mostly about alterations, which is not their primary service. For cleaning they are a goto!
