They are pretty busy , so just stay consistent with checking in and seeing the status of your item. I’m in love with my bagand would definitely recommend
Excellent work on my Louboutins! The red bottom protector matches seamlessly and provides a bit more traction than the original soles. He even asked if I needed them same-day. I opted to pick up next day. Cost $70.
Today was my very first time going to a shoe cobbler and I couldn't have had a better experience! Went in to have the sole on my boot popped back on after it fell off while I was walking. I brought the broken sole with me expecting them to need it but I was very surprised to find that Robert & Carlos were willing to replace both soles with brand new ones AND clean/shine my boots!! All for only $30!! Not to mention they were able to have the job finished same day in no more than 45 minutes :D They were even kind enough to recommend me some places to sit/eat/study while I waited. When I came back, my boots looked even newer than when I had bought them, and to top it all...read full review
