RMS has ease of use, unparalled customer service and is easy to set up and implement no matter the skill level of the administrator and users. Friendly support staff that is very responsive and skilled at what they do.

The Support team is always knowledgeable and quick to tend to any issues. They are kind and polite, and genuinely care about resolving things for my team. The software is extremely user friendly and simple to setup , even easier to maneuver and train! I would recommend this to ANYONE looking for comprehensive software for any hospitality needs.

Our county added sales tax mid-season. I thought it would be a long and terrible transition. Raul was listened to my concerns very patiently. We got Amanda on the phone and together we worked out the solution that will suit my company best. They explained things to us in a manner that was concise and complete. We are extremely pleased with Raul & Amanda and the way they take care of RMS Customers, and to be fair, we have never had a poor experience with RMS or their customer support. Thank You Team!!
