My parents had grease fire in their kitchen February 9th. Thank goodness everyone was okay but needless to say, the kitchen was totaled. Within a few days since this happened over a weekend, AAA was in touch and had sent out Jack Manata with Restoration Solutions to meet with us. Right off the bat, he was prompt, caring, professional and respectful of the situation and was willing to help ASAP! With a lot of crazy “ambulance chasers “ trying to contact us to get our business, we felt safe and secure with Jack. He explained the process and how everything would work going forward in detail and had no problem repeating any of it when needed. Throughout the 4 month renovation Jack was in contact every step of the way keeping us informed as to what work was being done when and with which sub-contractor etc., which by the way, all the subs were great as well! I honestly can’t say enough as to how well we were taken care of from start to finish. Mom and Dad are extremely happy with how the kitchen and home turned out as well as the rest of the family. A huge thank you to Jack for making this experience an awesome one!
