After viewing reviews I decided to go with Rayne, a company with close to hundred years experience with water softener and filters. Installation went well, David, did a great job. Explained the operational system to me. Rayne selling agent, Donnie, explained the various systems for my home and how a salt water softener would be best for my home based on my needs vs a salt free water softener. Went back and forth for several days with Donnie and he answered all my questions and was patient. We have had the Rayne Water filtration system for many years, and are always pleased with the system and technicians. The office staff was easy to work with, and remembered our scheduling request. The tech was Drayton, and he did a great job installing new filters and a new faucet. He answered all of our questions and was professional and respectful. We continue to be happy with the system and company.
