First time I tried Pilates. Great instructor. Made it fun. Cannot wait to go back and do it again. Such an interesting combination of equipment and movement. My spine is fused in multiple places and I feel like this is something I will be able to do and enjoy, now and in the future.
Great Pilates studio! Small classes and great instructors. My husband gave me an introductory package for Christmas almost two years ago....best gift ever! Now I give myself the "gift" of fitness with a monthly membership. Price per class can't be beat (and the owner offers specials throughout the year). Give it a try!
I really like coming here because classes are small and the instructors are so kind and make you feel comfortable and confident. They have a smaller room for yoga (not hot as it's open in case it matters to you) and then a fully equipped Pilates studio with reformers and everything. It's down this alley by the Elks lodge; turn in by the gas station or you might think it's the next entrance.
