This company has to be one of the biggest rip-off artists in San Diego. They are dishonest thieves that must enjoy taking full advantage of unknowing clients like my poor 81 year old mom and sister. They had a leak under a toilet and called these guys who came in and tore up the floor and charged $1,900 for literally 3 hours of work. But then said a crack was in the drain pipe below the bathroom (they didn't confirm that it was leaking but said it could at any moment) and that it would cost another $8,000 to repair it so that two bathrooms could feed into it. Called this company as a family friend recommended them after we had a leak suddenly happen in our only bathroom. The plumber showed up an hour late, I had to call and ask where he was, and once he arrived he clearly did not want to be here. He walked around our house telling us we had had water leaks before (we have lived here 3 years without a single plumbing issue) and quoted us an absurd amount of $450.00 JUST to open the wall, before fixing it. He even called our dry-out guy, and told us that they could do the job cheaper so we should just call our dry-out guy back instead?! I’ve been using Pronto for almost a year with rental properties and need service frequently due to age.The response time is amazing! The prices are fair and the customer service is great! I don’t plan to look for another plumbing service!
