Extremely disappointed with Larry of Progressive Windows. We have ordered several different custom windows and one set of French doors from them before and never had an issue. Pre-post sales Larry was always great and responsive. Unfortunately, that’s not the case anymore.
Working on a bathroom remodel, I needed to get a custom window and tried getting a quote. Larry said he would email it and contact me about coming out to discuss finishes and options. Never got an email. I tried calling to get in touch and finally got a text reply. He instructed me to work with my contractor for my window needs.

This company does not have a business ethic that includes honest customer service. We ordered a set of double glass doors with two side panels and screens. The price was over $5,000. We ordered them in January 2020 and a shipment arrived in early May. Problem 1: The company only paid for a kind of delivery that left it at the top of the driveway, not to the porch where it was to be installed. The problem is the two packages each weighed somehwere around 200 lbs. I'm 71, my female partner is in her 60s. WTF? Problem 2: When an order is incomplete and part of it is on back order, I have NEVER, until now, not been given that kind of information either at the time of delivery, or by someone from the company. Because these boxes were so heavy, and because we had a contractor install them on a rental property next door, we did not open them ourselves. We did not find out there was no screens until our renter asked if she could get screen doors a month and a half later. When I called Progressive Windows the owner took zero responsibility for his failure to notify us of the incomplete order. This was in late June. We were given a delivery day of August 1. On August 7 I called and asked about the screens as the owner had not felt inclined to inform us of a later delivery day. We finally got them late in August. The owner is rude, disrespectful, full of himself and unwilling to provide even a minimum of customer support. There are numerous sources for Anderson windows in San Diego. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If I could give zero or minus stars, I would.
