Pro-Tech Painting recently completed a deck waterproofing project for one of the HOA communities I manage, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Our condo development in Carlsbad, CA hired the Contractor-construction part of Pro Tech to fix all the wood repairs from an original 1985 project (on the coast with salt air) after we were tented for termites. This was a GREAT choice! The work was done on-time and it took weeks as there were many repairs that we needed. The original quote was very fair and we had only a couple of change orders as the original walk-through was thorough. The crew was polite, cleaned up after each day (this was a job in itself), laughed with each other and made for a pleasant experience. NO complaints from any residents!
