I called to report the missing waste bin on pickup day. The associate assured me the bin would be replaced; however, the replacement will not be delivered until Thursday. What do I do with the waste for this week that now stinks?
Arissa from Customer service at Pinwaste was very helpful when our small green waste bin was missed during pickup and our blue recycle bin need replacement. We were two days late notifying about the missed pickup but they still accommodated and sent an individual pickup. At the same time they put in a request for blue bin replacement. So all in all it was easy and efficient. Very pleased with the experience.
Nicole and other representative was very proactive and helpful to arrange the exchange of our bins. We exchanged the over sized trash and recycling bins for the 65 gallons. Thanks again.
