The service is great, with a helpful and enthusiastic staff that provides really good advice.
I came in here looking for a high quality pair of glasses, planning to use my VA glasses as backup pair. I'm very pleased with the Ray Ban frames and lightweight progressive lenses (also transition). This is not the cheapest place to buy eyewear, but I will say that the service is second to none. I was helped promptly on arrival, by the manager, Danelle. She was extremely knowledgeable and made some custom measurements based on unique features of my eyes and face. I'm quite certain I would not have had as good a fit and result with an online order. First time at the NEX in SD and we were given first class service and treatment for a simple glasses repair. Ms. Danelle was super patient with my teenager and helpful with any and all questions for further eye care. Thank you!

I came in with brand new glasses, unfortunately my leg on glasses broke, I was sad and discouraged.
Came in to see if they would possibly fix them.
