I had a problem and had another company come out. Lucky for me they did not communicate well, and left without doing the job. I called PAWS and could not be happier with the service, the recommendations, and their expertise in working with the customer to resolve the issues. My problem was resolved, and we opted to get additional work done once we were back online on a return visit.
So happy I found them!
From my first call speaking with Karen until the completion of my leak repair, it was nothing short of a terrific experience. Karen was helpful and knowledgeable, which was reassuring to me in a stressful situation and the technition was professional and courteous. I definitely recommend them!
Michael descaled my tankless water heater, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! He was punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the maintenance he was performing and made sure everything was working properly before he left.
As a homeowner, it’s refreshing to work with someone who is professional, honest, and takes pride in their work. I will definitely call Paws Plumbing again for future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!
