I’ve started to write this review many times, but how do you sum up such loving, knowledgeable care for Mom, Baby, and Family in just a paragraph? Mary Catherine “midwifed” my whole family during a healthy pregnancy marred with devastating loss, one after another in our life. She took the time to listen to us and invest in our mental health. She talked through new fears that arose and the “what-ifs” of home birth. We collectively prepared with plans A, B, and C. When the big day came, she was prompt to join us and encourage me through every contraction, while listening to baby and reassuring us that everything was ok. Her calm voice and even approach made me feel even more at home, in my home. She worked wonderfully with my husband, doula, and her own assistant midwife- Michelle. This team created my safe space to have a VBAC at my home, and when baby came, Mary Catherine helped guide her into my arms. My absolute dream come true! Our frequent postpartum visits and check-ins made our family feel supported and heard in the precious weeks after such a big event. Mary Catherine is my forever midwife, who I know I can call with any question or need. I will never be the same after this healing birth, and my care with Mary Catherine!

I absolutely loved my birth experience with Mary Catherine! From the minute she arrived, I felt entirely wrapped up in love and support. Without saying a word, she gave me confidence. It was a quick birth, but that made her impact no less on me <3 Mary Catherine's natural approach to pregnancy and birth was the perfect match for me. I appreciated so much having a midwife that was on the same page that I was. I'm so glad Mary Catherine was part of my journey and I highly recommend her!

Where do I even begin? When a woman makes the decision to have a homebirth it doesn’t come without its doubts. You are going against what society deems normal and safe, you are trusting your intuition and looking for someone to guide you, someone you trust to take you under their wing and provide an intimate and beautiful experience for you and your family. This person does not just need the knowledge but equally important, they need the energy, the compassion, the warmth and the gentility to make you feel safe and at home. Mary Catherine is all of that and more. She is confident but thorough, she will make sure you are safe. She is warmth. She is comforting. She is timely and she is there for you through all the twists and turns. I can not recommend her enough 💛
