Alian and his crew did a beautiful job on my rental house. I am an out of state owner, received his name from Sherwin Williams and could not be happier with the communication, workmanship and results. I had a tenant in the house, Alain kept me in the loop regarding additional request and communications. His crew is trained to provide high quality workmanship and do so even on aging properties and without supervision. Price was higher than other bids, but Alian provided an itemized list accounting for all time and materials. I appreciate his attention to detail and cannot speak highly enough of him and his crew.

First, we received some quotes from other painters which was 3 times the average price. Paint Loma gave us a much more reasonable quote and then gave us so many different options for upgrading paint, or keeping it cheaper, etc. The owner is so sweet and honest and didn't try to upsell everything. I thought it was crazy to hire painters since we typically paint everything ourselves, however, just the knowledge from the owner Alain was worth everything! He told us what worked best for hiding scuffs and marks, and what works best for ceilings or bathrooms, and what works best for kids and dogs! That alone was worth every cent! We hired Paint Loma to repair stucco & paint the exterior of our house. From the first visit and estimate, to paint samples to select the perfect color, to end result they were professional, on time and easy to work with.
