NCSC is top notch, patient care is amazing. Dr Ben Stephens is excellent and extremely talented. Dr Stephens is kind and made my husband feel at ease with his cataract surgery. I will continue to recommend Dr Stephens and NCSC!!! Superstars!!!!

The text notifications are Spot On.Experiences here over the many years for OutPatient Surgeries for Hubby and Myself have always been TOPNOTCH. Staff is always caring, helpful, and courteous. We were told yesterday it will be CLOSED sending all of us to the MEGA Hospital. SO SAD ...for many of us traveling down the Hill it is another inconvenient part of MEGA HEALTHCARE. As Seniors it just adds more difficulty to what is growing harder everyday.

Apart from the stellar work of Dr. DeCook, the facility excelled in communications. Constant updates, all instructions were clear and easy to follow.Understand that these are not accolades from a "First Timer". While this is the "First Time" with Dr. DeCook and the Advanced Center for Joint Surgery, my wife has had two total hips and one total shoulder in another facility in another state. Therefore, understand that this rating is given with a basis of known patient experience at other facilities.Again, excellence at all levels, from admission to discharge.
