One medical is the best and should be the standard for all medicine! The concierge is affordable, i get a response within hours, and two specialist referrals to a different system was 60-90 day delay, so i called who I wanted to see, got an appointment within 10 days, and the one medical group modified the referral letter within 48 hours! WOW, that's top notch service.
Dr. Khadjinova is truly amazing! She is knowledgeable and kind. All of the office staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this office and particularly Dr. Khadjinova.
I have had great experiences at this location- the front staff are always friendly. My doctor and lab techs were super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I’ve been a One Medical member for almost ten years (started in the Bay Area) and the convenience of care they offer is Paramount. The communication is prompt and thoughtful- due to my general frustrations with setting appointments with traditional allopathic care I’m so happy One Medical exists.
