The entire staff, including Nurse Lisa, the patient advocate Arlene, and the nurses in the infusion room, are recognized for their kindness, respect, and helpfulness. Patients also appreciate the comforting and hopeful nature of Dr. Fisher, who provides strength and understanding during challenging times.
I have been a patient of Dr Redfern for just about 5 years now and because of him, I’m still here today. Dr Redfern is one of those truly special doctors who care about the well being of their patients. He has always supported me through my cancer journey and never gave up. Nurse Lisa is truly a treasure and has always been eager to help in times of need. I always knew I could count on the patient advocate Arlene to help me navigate my journey at ease. I can’t think of one negative experience I’ve ever had with the entire office, from the welcoming staff in the front, to every single nurse in the infusion room have always treated me with the utmost respect and compassion....read full review
Dr Redfern actually is the most awesomest Dr anywhere. The staff at the office is always great (except for the scale). Front desk is great and the nurses and PA's are great too.
Mrs Jessica was such a sweetheart she really helped us my mom just got diagnosed with cancer and we went to the information class today because she starts her treatment Tuesday and she just really treat us like family Jessica like explain everything to us thoroughly I felt really comfortable with her doing it versus not
