They did a great job repairing my Thorogood boots! Just be aware it takes a very long time. I was told 4-6 weeks and it took a bit over 6 weeks. they are losing a star because of the lack of communication. It was very difficult reaching out to a representative to get updates and the status of my repair.
I got one of boots back today came out looking nice have not tested yeat. The one I sent by FedEx there did charge me and set back the other by mail there claim there never got and I thought there pull tab was the tracking number. Even though I use there. Bag to mail it to them I going have to call it lost boots. I boots were only $150. Redwing with a crappy sole I was hoping for a up grade. I hot a up grade to MIA boots..
I have had 4 pair of thorogood moctoe boots refurbished by nushoe. The first 2 pair i paid for full restoration. What I received was worn eyelets, worn heel liner and frayed stitching. The second 2 pair I paid for the basic service and the results where inconsistent. One pair was very nicely done with an oem outsole and the tuff toe looked great. The other had an alternative outsole and the tuff toe not near as nice. I dont really understand that as I shipped them together in a shared box. 3 month turn around. Doubt I will use nushoe again. No email response yet from a message I sent 5 business days ago.
