It’s so refreshing to be worked on by someone who deeply understands anatomy and biomechanics and can provide a custom massage experience every time. Nicole’s deep tissue massages leave me relaxed rather than beaten up like I’ve experienced from other massage therapists. In addition to individual massage, Nicole has customized couples sessions for me and my husband, where we start with 30 minutes of yoga for runners and then have an amazing deep tissue massage session. Nicole seems to be a true healer and will treat your muscles with a mix of clinical and eastern therapies, depending on what serves you best!
