Clean. Normal prices. A little hike but worth the ride because prices in san diego are ridiculous for subpar haircuts that cost forty dollars and up. At the NEX barbershop I have gotten the best cuts from the two latin ladies and the brother. I usually just walk in but they accept appointments as well.

I use to get my haircut at Tierra Santa NEX Barber Shop until she retired so I was forced to look for a barber as good. I found Danny and ever since he started cutting my hair, he is now my regular go to barber! I go to him every week since all I need is a buzz cut, but he cuts it exactly the way I want it. I highly recommend him for all your military type hair cuts!

I used to avoid barber shops at any military installation because I've had several bad cuts. Its was one day when I told myself I needed a cut, so I decided to give this place another shot and was lucky enough to have gotten Danny as my barber and have been going back to him since. It's never a dull moment getting my fades from Danny!! Very professional and a has a great attitude, both with customers and employees! Highly recommended if anyone wants a great fade and some great conversations. Thanks Danny!!
