We had a new bifold patio door and living room window installed a couple years ago. I reached out to the office with a couple of issues we were having and within a week they sent someone out to look at the issues.
Miguel Rios came to our home today to fix a window latch that had come off and look at our bi-fold patio door that was not closing properly. He got both issues resolved in a quick and very friendly way. Couldn't be happier with the products and service.
