I walked in after just looking up local nail salons and am very pleased! I don’t get acrylics often but am super happy with the shape and quality! The lady helping me was very nice and always made sure I was happy with the shape and length. The only downside was the restaurant next door smelt amazing and I was hungry the whole time.
Made an appointment for a pedicure. Called ahead of time and reminded them of my appointment, said ill be there in 15minutes. Since its my first time there, I wanted to be sure I'd be seen (I'm aware that very often nail salon take walk ins even though theyre expecting appointments). They assure me theyre ready. i Arrived 5 minutes early, and it looks like everyone is busy with someone. I ask if my appointment was canceled in the last 15 minutes. They say they'll see me soon. But I notices they don't look done. After 15 minutes I say I have to pick up my son soon. I planned for an hour and 20 minutes since I expect some delay. I come here sometimes because they're never too busy and it's a 5 minute walk from my home... well and there's frozen yogurt and Mexican ice cream in the same lil area. The time I came before today I got charged $35 dollars for a gel pedicure when it clearly says it's $30 on their price list. I was pregnant at the time and the lady doing my manicure was very nice so I let it go. The guy doing my toes made my big toe bleed and it hurt for a few days. Today I went in and asked for a pedicure with a hot stone massage. It says it's $26 dollars. I asked for gel polish, and he said it would be $35. I got the guy again... my big toe bled again and right now it hurts :( I get my pedicure, he massaged my feet with a scrub and says he's done. I remind him I asked for the hot stones and the lady next to him says they don't have that right now. I ask why no one bothered to tell me and she just says "oh he doesn't understand English." He clearly told me the prices, he said yes when I pointed to the second pedicure on the list which is the hot stone one but now he doesn't understand? I got charged $36 ($1 for paying with my debit card) and didn't even get an I'm sorry for my toe bleeding. I'm not going to say I won't be back. I'll probably just ask for the regular pedicure/manicure when in real need since it's a convenient close to home place.
