Excellent customer service and superb skills. I requested his service and was at my place within 30 minutes where he worked on a complicated key fob copy of a 21 year old Mercedes that the dealer said cannot be done. He could not get it done the first time by he had perseverance to go back to his office, work on it offline and then came back to me to solve and finish copying and duplicating the key fob.

From calling him until I gained access to my car it was 25 minutes. This guy is amazing and solved my problem in literally 3 min plus the time it took him to drive to my house. Amazing service and very fast! Perfect for an emergency.
