Morena Mobile Village is a wonderful and peaceful place to live, The park manager Beth does an outstanding job and is beyond reasonable with each and every tenant. Miguel who is the lead maintenance employee doesn't miss a beat and keeps everything in top notch condition. I highly recommend Morena Mobile Village if your looking for somewhere to live safely and comfortably whether it's short term or long term!
Great location and friendly management (Beth). Not that fond of the trees being cut so low but they should grow back even fuller and give even more privacy than before. This is southern California they will grow quickly. Stayed here for 6 months and they repaired many things while I was here. They have been repairing the roads. Just did a bunch of repaving. One thing about the roads I love is they enforce the fire lanes and make you stay in your spot. I hate parks where it is hard to drive or park your camper due to people parked in the streets. More space to park your vehicle and still have room in your space. No reason to park on the road here. Would recommend this place to anyone.
