Great show room with many different selections available. They got a better selection than Home Depot and a few other spots I checked out and they were also cheaper than all the other places I went. Usually, cheaper means lower quality. But, in this case that wasn't the situation at all. The quality was great and aesthetics were the best I could find.

Minicci Stone originally installed our granite counter tops and we had them return yesterday to seal them (after 9 years; shame on us). Huey, who did the work, arrived promptly, was very efficient, and explained the process in detail. He also replace all the caulk around the sink which we have had replaced several times by plumbers with varying results (last time not so great). I was very pleased and recommend Huey and the company very highly.

We were referred to Minicci Stone by another contractor. We wanted to remodel the kitchen in our new home and put in granite counter tops. Minicci's quote was similar to other contractors we called, but Paul responded to every email and phone call immediately. No answering service, no secretary. You call the number and you get Paul. Working with Paul and his crew is easy and very pleasant. Although we could purchase slabs from any vendor, he recommended Arizona Tile since he works with them often. The process was very simple. We went to the show room, picked out a couple of slabs, and signed a paper with the slab numbers. A few days later Paul's workers came out to template. And a few more days later the fabricated granite was installed. Brilliant! The granite fabrication is smooth and polished; the edging detail is beautifully done; and the seams are flawless. They paid attention to details that I never thought of, such as how to incorporate the window sill next to the granite counter top. The guys are experienced and professional. I called Paul often every time I had an idea or question, and he was always polite and prompt with a response. There were a couple of glitches as there always are when working on any remodel. For example, between wood subtop and granite installation, our cabinets were redone, making the wood subtops insufficiently high to install the granite. These guys simply faced it in stride, built up the wood subtop to make them higher, and carried on with the installation. In the end, I paid them exactly what they quoted me when we hired them. No extra costs for working around glitches, no hidden fees. About a month and a half after installation, I noticed a crack in the granite. AHHH!!! I called Paul and he came over the next day to investigate. He assured me that this scenario was very uncommon but that he stands by his work and will take care of it to my satisfaction. (Arizona Tile also guarantees their product so we are well covered here. Phew!) I was worried that I'd need to do battle to get this problem fixed, but within a couple of minutes of Paul's visit, I was reassured. I was not asked to write a review for Minicci Stone. Nor do I gain anything from writing this. I simply had a great experience with a professional contractor, and would recommend Paul and his team to anyone who wants beautiful stone work done.
