Initial and touch up did not last two weeks. Unable to reach business x 2 weeks via voicemails and text. At follow up was told I should have tried email. I understand my skin type may require different techniques and I was willing to return a third time. However, when I sent an fyi ink did not last again email, response was abrasive and accusatory that I used products that erased work or did not follow instructions, which is not correct. I completely understand these things are sometimes multi step to get good results. However, I paid $750 for this service and email was out of line.
Sanará is ever the professional. She listens to what you want and then does it. Her work is flawless!
