Michael is, to me, a healer. He has a wide knowledge of human bodies and how they work and so, can help them to get better, stronger, etc. My first visit was wonderful, though I understand this is a process and all will not be magically healed in one day. I am so glad I found Makari wELLNESS.
Michael is not your typical acupuncturist. He uses many modalities in his treatments. Michael has vast experience and knowledge with Chinese and Western medicine. His treatment plan is aimed for improvement in just a few visits, not several months. Michael’s approach is to involve his patients in their care. This includes a home exercise program. I highly recommend Michael and Makari Wellness
I began seeing Michael due to hip pain and neuropathy in my feet. I have seen him two times per week for a month and my hip is much much better . The neuropathy also seems to be improved but he feels that nerve damage is a much slower process of recovery. His video exercises are extremely helpful and something I do at home. He also provides herbs at no cost. The man is an expert!
