Lucky Air removed and replaced our Ducting sometime Ago. We have had interactions with several employees including the owner over the years. More recently our A/C unit stopped running and had Daniel come out. He troubleshot the AIRCONDITIONER and identified some areas requiring attention. Ordered a part and came out the following week. He was focused - removed and replaced a component reconnected everything and serviced the system outside as well and ensured we were satisfied with his work. I did mention I wasn’t happy with the air flow into the master bedroom - since the Ducting and vents were replaced it just doesn’t cool off the master bedroom like other...read full review
I have used this business twice, one for residential AC repair and one for commercial installation in my business. The have conducted themselves in a profession manner, showed up on time and do quality work. Highly recommend them for commercial and residential.Services: Heating system installation
This is a follow-up review. Previously, I mentioned getting an estimate from Lucky Air, working with Katherine Elsener. Their estimate for a new HVAC system was significantly lower than the other vendor's, and since Lowe's in Mission Valley was working with them, I figured they had been vetted. I live in a first-floor condo and had to work with the HOA to complete architectural request forms, provide proof of insurance, notify the neighbors, etc. Katherine was on top of this process, and checked with me to make sure I had all the necessary documentation. Lucky Air's "A-Team" consisting of lead Steve, assisted by Patrick and Tawny, installed the unit this past Tuesday. They were understanding regarding the challenging parking situation, especially since they had three trucks and a hired crane to place the compressor unit on the roof. These guys were the best - hard-working, personable, professional, and respectful of my property. They left no construction debris or trash behind. Steve tested the unit (which seems to be very powerful for both heat and cooling) and showed me how to use the new thermostat. As a bonus, since Lucky Air is working with Lowe's, this project was managed via My Projects on Lowe's website (documentation, payment, etc.). I highly recommend Lucky Air, and will be using their services for maintenance on this new HVAC unit.
