I go to LH Massage every 2-3 months to ease my tight shoulders and sciatica. The staff here are very nice and extremely hard working! I always feel so much lighter after each session, and they always give you a cup of water to hydrate after the massage (you WILL be dehydrated after each session). I also definitely recommend adding cupping therapy to your massage as well — just be aware that the first time will be a little painful in the beginning, but it should go away pretty quickly as the cups sit on your back. And make sure you don’t shower for 24 hours after cupping therapy as it can infect your skin after the cups open your pores up.
This is such a great place to go to for a massage for that well deserved me time. The staff are always so sweet. Just got done with my massage and this whole week I’ve been dealing with a stiff back. My masseuse, Linda, did an amazing job massaging my upper back. I feel so relaxed.
Honestly, it is the best massage clinic in San Diego, very friendly and very professional. Especially Sally, she knows my problem by examining my sore muscles. The only problem is need luck to make an appointment. They are busy but worthy of waiting.
