I felt spectacular from when I entered to when I left. The friendly staff made me feel valued. Meanwhile, the esthetician, Natsuko, customized the facial according to my skin needs. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed and satisfied.

I reached out to LC Spa today because I was seeking lash services. I ended up deciding to see a dear friend who also does lashes and facials. But I needed to leave this review about how stellar LC Spa was in answering my questions. They were so cordial and welcoming! They responded quickly to my voicemail and then offered to send me photos of their work and lash types. I received amazing customer service on the spot and was quite impressed with how caring they were with a complete stranger! Natsuko is the best! I've been coming to LC Spa for a few years now. My skin is so soft and smooth after Natsuko gives me the facial every time. Spa is clean and all staff are very nice. I highly recommend LC Spa and Natsuko!
