Getting the 10 series + customize treatments after was a game changer for my body. I’m an athlete and during the time I was training for a marathon. I had hip and foot pain that kept flaring up. With the help of Lauren ~ being consistent with my treatments. I PR’d for my marathon and had zero pain during or after. I’m extremely grateful for her. Highly recommend for my fellow runners, athletes, gym goers, or anyone wanting to get more in touched with their body and improve their performance overall.
I can say with 100% certainty, within 5 minutes of our session, I could already feel a physical change and relief of nagging pain. After 90 minutes, I felt like I had been pieced back together. I walked out of Lauren’s studio feeling better than I have in well over a decade. If she can improve a person’s wellbeing x10 in 90 minutes, I can’t imagine what consistent sessions could achieve.

It's hard to explain what it means to work with Lauren. I've been working with Lauren for close to two years. I came to her with a broken body. She has shown me kindness and treated my body with the utmost respect. She helped me through an extreme complication that prevented me from being able to walk as well as multiple autoimmune flares. She makes me laugh through the pain but she also meets me where I'm at and while she pushes me further than I think I can go, she is also respectful of exactly what I can tolerate.
