I’ve been a customer with Laser Away for quite some time now, and receive a variety of services. This was my first visit at this location and I was immediately impressed! The staff was very accommodating with my scheduling and questions. The RN I was assigned to (Jennifer K.) was attentive, carefully explained the options that were best for me, provided answers that made sense (there’s one with Xeomin that I’ve had for quite some time now) and she was the first to offer a solution- that worked! I’m so pleased with the results and will definitely be returning! I can’t recommend this location enough!

I just had the Instant Glow Facial with Jennifer King, and it was nothing short of amazing! The treatment was incredibly relaxing and therapeutic. I especially loved the warmth applied to my face throughout the facial—it felt so soothing and luxurious.
What impressed me most was how quickly I noticed a difference in my skin. Immediately afterward, my complexion looked brighter, smoother, and more refreshed, with an overall healthy glow.
Jennifer was fantastic. She took her time with me, thoroughly assessed my skin, and answered all of my questions. We discussed other services they offer, and she carefully walked me through each option, explaining what might work best… read full review

5 stars for the 4S Ranch location only. Here is why…After investing $13,000 in treatments, I expected a higher level of customer service and attention to client care. Unfortunately, my experience at the Carlsbad location left me feeling like my business and concerns were not valued. So much that I drive to the 4S Ranch location where they have exceeded my expectations (Gigi and nurses). The treatments themselves are only part of the experience—communication, professionalism, and customer service matter as well. I simply expected a level of care and that reflected investment I made.
