I am beyond pleased with the communication and customer service. There was an issue with a FedEx delivery and Fernando and Jessica immediately assisted with the resolution. They filed a claim and provided and updated replacement and tracking. Highly recommend this company.

My experience with the shockwave treatment I’ve been receiving at the La Sara Clinic with Fernando has been extraordinary. Fernando explains in detail the procedure in a professional way and has made me feel comfortable before, during and after the procedure.
