I wanted to give them five stars because of daily cleaning and quiet room before check out! But, after check out when I asked for a paper cup, they said we only provide that at your room while they handed me one a day before and never said that! It means that they don’t know the guests after check out! Telling a lie to save a paper cup ruined their reputation for me.
All paid by the travel agency, but consider to add 35$ per day as resort-fee, 5$ per day as county fee and, last but not least, if you have a car 60$ per day for valet parking (if you take the car in and out frequently that's the only choice).
Insane.
I stayed at this hotel for one night during Labor Day weekend with my boyfriend and dog (yes! a dog friendly hotel with no pet fee). Valet parking is a whopping $60 with unlimited in and out privileges. We arrived at the allowed check-in time, which was 4pm. However, when I tried to check-in, I am told that no rooms are ready due to many guests selecting a late check-out. We all waited in the lobby for about an hour until I was told we may now check-in.
