I was upgraded to the Loft suite which is great as I used my suites nights for it. Actually I had two rooms and I canceled one because this was more than enough. One of the three ACs wasn’t working and the room kept warm. They called the maintenance three times but it wasn’t begin fixed. Service is okay. It is boutique hotel with minimal services. Location is okay.
Such a wonderful hotel in the middle of downtown. We were treated so well from the valet team all the way to the restaurant staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained and had such a unique design to it that we loved and appreciated. The intentionality of the murals that were different on every floor was not missed. Loved the rooftop pool and area and the breakfast area was nice too. We got a room close to the top so we had no issues with noise and since it was a corner room we had wonderful views. First i want to say that the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Great job. But the room itself was severely lacking. It was spacious but had so many problems. The sink would not drain, the shower was so cold, the outlets did not work and the bed side lamps didn’t work either. Not worth the price.
