I have been here for 2 nights. The staff looks at me like I’m horrible person for asking for a lighter or matches. Um yeah I know I am at a smoke free facility. I’m not an idiot to give me the whole “this is a smoke free facility”.just say no I don’t need to be read my Miranda rights. I’ve only seen two staff members acknowledge and smile at me. Welp. Let’s see how the rest of my stay goes. Btw I smoke half way down the street.
Service was amazing and everyone was so friendly! They helped with my housekeeping request, switched my showerhead, and were helpful in using my full f&b credit. Will definitely be where I stay every time I come to San Diego.
The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff was very nice. Special shoutout to the red-haired lady—I believe her name was Grace—who was especially helpful and welcoming. There was also an Asian manager whose name I unfortunately don’t know, but she was very kind and helpful as well. Since we were traveling with our baby, they made an effort to make our stay comfortable by providing a Pack ’n Play crib and sound machine, which I really appreciated. They also waived several fees at check-in, which was a nice gesture.
