This doctor did not give me the full list of risks before an epidural steroid injection, she said that the worst that could happen was a two day headache. During the procedure, she couldn't find the epidural space, she had stuck the needle in at least a dozen or two times, and even had to open a second tray. My mom kept asking if she had found it, but she refused to answer. The last time she stuck the needle in, it felt like I had been struck by lightning, and I started to scream.. despite this, she decided to inject the medicine anyway (this is supposed to signal to doctors that it's in the wrong spot, And NOT to inject). I felt so much pain.. and I screamed for So long. It was like a pain switch was turned on or something, because that day the pain started, and it never stopped. Not only did this doctor refuse to see me again, to try to figure out what happened and how to help, she refused to see me again. She then completely lied about what happened, even though I had a 1 witness in the room, and one in the waiting room that could hear me scream, and they were both there to back me up. She lied and said that I had had no adverse reactions, and that I tolerated the injection with no trouble. She also "lost" all my medical records from that day, and later "found" a record that was just a paper with a short paragraph stating the exact lie that she was telling to everyone else.. it didn't look anything like any record from a procedure, at least not that I've ever seen. Had she just apologized and tried to help, so much would have been avoided... maybe I wouldn't have ended up with Chronic Lumbar-Sacral Adhesive Arachnoiditis, which I will be in severe, constant pain from, every moment for the rest of my life. It's heartbreaking that all I needed to possibly prevent this was some oral steroids and ketorolac injections. But she was not interested in helping, she felt no responsibility over what she'd done, she was only interested in covering her @$$ so she wouldn't have to take any kind of accountability for her actions, and her obvious negligence. The last thing she told me was that she "just wanted to get back to her life". She never even apologized to me. She couldn't even look me in the eye. I was only 16, I was just a kid, and I trusted her, and she let me down in ways that only one of the the most terrible doctors possibly could. Please avoid this doctor, at all costs. She has absolutely no problem lying through her teeth to avoid getting into she trouble, at the expense of her patient's wellbeing

Dr. Tsung is an amazing human being. From the very beginning I could tell that she sincerely cares about my well being. Her thorough questioning and professionalism told me she was looking for a solution to my ongoing pain problem. She is very approachable and down to earth. I would highly recommend her to all my friends and family.
