We reached out to John Padilla Plumbing on a Friday morning - hoping they could come help us before the holiday weekend begun. We were having issues with water gurgling and toilets/showers backing up. They worked some magic and were able to squeeze us in within a few hours.
Once Lendale arrived, he not only explained exactly what was going on but how the problem was created in the first place. Lendale went above and beyond for us and treated our home with the utmost care. Johnny Serrano arrived on time, was very professional, explained how he would solve my issue, provided an estimate, and answered all of my questions or concerns. He replaced my washer hot & cold water valves, tested and checked for leaks and left the area with no mess! Very happy with their service and will call on them again!!
We had a faucet fail during an event at my daughter's home. Jose Ponce arrived in under an hour and was courteous, professional and so respectful of our space. He fixed it up quickly so we would still have water until a part could be ordered. She has an old house that presented challenges but he was entirely prepared and knowledgeable about older SD homes.
