This review should have been written months ago! Dr. Forrest is one of a kind. He is not "just a chiropractor". He is a Doctor with a chiropractor practice with an authentic heart and you know he really cares about his patients. You just can feel it. He also brings an element of sports medicine and PT with his approach which is GOLD. If you are in need of alignment or have an issue that a GP or specialist is not able to address, go see Dr. Forrest!
Absolute excellent chiropractor for golfers. Made some adjustments that helped my shoulder and neck pain in only a few visit. Provided me with some maintenance exercises to help avoid future issues. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a chiropractor that listens provides a plan and helps you get back to doing what you love. P.s. they took my insurance and front desk staff is always great to work with.
I regularly go to Bernardo West Chiropractic for my frozen shoulder. Dr. Forrest is absolutely amazing! He is very friendly and compassionate and my visits are very enjoyable! My shoulder range of motion has already improved! The staff are wonderful as well and they always accommodate me with my needs. I highly recommend Bernardo West Chiropractic.
