Fantastic courtesy and service always. Had a piece of clothing today that was taken care of in the store, without the need to be sent out. That kind of prompt and courteous service is hard to find. J & E Dry Cleaners has been the best.

Jasmine and team are excellent cleaners. I had a few suits dry cleaned and they are like new. What I enjoy most about J&E is the friendly service and fun personality of the owner.

I've never reviewed a Dry Cleaners before. Our old one closed so I tried J & E Cleaners in the Rancho Bernardo shopping center. I was greeted by a nice young woman with a smile and she was happy to receive my business. I've noticed in RB there are places where the Customer isn't treated with manners or professionalism. One cleaner wanted payment BEFORE services received. Another shoe repair place acted angry to even see a person walk IN to their establishment. I turned around and left.
