This place is a scam. I believe they actually have any job contracts, they are just trying to sell your information. It's very sad what they do, waste people's time and give them hope. The positive reviews are clearly fake.
THIS IS IN CAPS I KNOW. THIS IS THE WORST STAFFING AGENCY EVER!!!!! I WORKED FOR THEM IN 2019 FOR TANDEM, AND BOTH COMPANIES ARE THE WORST EVER!!!! CAN'T SAY IT ENOUGH. WITH INSIGHT GLOBAL, THEY ARE SO NICE TO GET YOU IN THE DOOR, THEN THE PERSON THAT GETS YOU HIRED, TRANSFERS YOU TO ANOTHER PERSON IF YOU EVERY HAAVE ISSUES. I DID HAVE A FEW, BUT THE PERSON THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO HELP ME, WOULD NOT CALL ME BACK, TALKED DOWN TO ME, NO HELP AT ALL, SO I HAD TO GET THE DISTRICT MANAGER INVOLVED AND IT WAS GOOD FOR AWHILE. Don't work with this agency. Joe Garcia completely tried to smooth talk me, saying how great I was for a position. Then? Absolute silence. I don't think I've EVER been ghosted like that before. Went from a 100 to a zero at the drop of a hat.Please, if the position is no longer available, or if you no longer believe it's the best fit, have the decency to tell the person. I have no respect for anyone or any organization that aren't capable of acting like adults.
