This guy Brett Bastello is very rude. He gave me an estimate 10 times the normal before I even open my mouth. No guarantees. No promises. After that phone call, I talked to couple of my colleagues; they told me that he is a crook, and not to do any business with him. Save yourself a lot of hassles by not calling him.
