Tim at Innovative Capital came as a referral from another loan agent. It took me almost a year to get my commercial hard money loan refinanced. I think I had approached at least 6 different lenders, only to have their “higher ups” say it’s too risky to add more commercial loans to their portfolio.Tim has decades of experience in the financial industry, and I could see that from the way he helped me close on my commercial refinance loan.
