I have been to multiple Doctors, NPs, and RNs to have various procedures/lasers done but once I started going to Ideal Image, I stopped going anywhere else. They stick to their guidelines to ensure I have the best results rather than just eye balling it and hoping for the best. One time I went in to have Ultherapy but since I had IPL the week before, Ideal Image told me I had to wait to have Ultherapy . I wasn’t thrilled but, these are the standards I’m writing about, best practice states you should not have these procedures so close to each other. They know what they are doing and I can always trust they have my best interest at heart! How rare is that in this day...read full review

I was upset that two of my appointments cancelled back to back, but I was so happy with the service I received when I finally was seen. Ramona is amazing, she is so sweet and so thorough with the work she does.Service: Laser hair removal
