When I was choosing a company to develop a mobile application for my site, I accidentally found a portfolio site of ICIT Corp. I saw several sites of my good friends there and wrote in a letter briefly what my project was. They answered me very quickly, to be more precise, I received a list of questions about the details and the next day they sent me a letter with a detailed work description and interesting proposals.
