I contacted Hot Springs Pools and spoke with Ulysses about a new Heater so our family could use our pool spa for the first time in many years. I took some photos and he gave me a quote over the phone within hours. I agreed on the price and he ordered the heater the next day. Two days later the heater arrived and that same day Ulysses and his team installed it. Due to the location and other factors it was a very difficult job but he found a way to get it done.Overall the price was fair, the speed was amazing , the work was high quality and Ulysses and his team seem like really nice people. 5 stars !
Meet Ulices through Google for my regular maintenance on my pool. I not a fan of reviews however Ulices and his staff since day one have always have surpassed my expectations of great customer service and satisfaction. Absolutely the best! Ulysses even called me while he was on vacation. Very knowledgeable, kind and trustworthy. My spa was repaired in a timely manner. Ulysses always answered my questions. It's great to know there are still good people out there.
