Hong’s is the place to go to. They have helped me and my girlfriend out 3 times now with our cars and each time has been an excellent experience. Phillip is great at what he does and always explains thoroughly what’s wrong with the car and what needs to be done to fix it. Their pricing is very fair and they don’t try to upsell either. Overall, we’re very happy with our experiences here because they respect their customers, and they’re not out to get you like other places, they’re just there to help. We plan on always coming back to them because we know our cars will be in good hands.
This review has been a decade in the making. I have been coming here for years. They care about what they do and they do it well. It's a small business. I have tried to take my car elsewhere and just end up taking it here to be fixed after taking it elsewhere. I don't trust anyone else with my car. If I could give more stars, I would.
My wife has been coming here for years we highly recommend Hongs auto service for always having exceptional service, expertise, and really show their dedication to customer satisfaction. We get all 4 of our vehicles serviced here. From oil changes to full engine replacement. Highly recommend no funny business just honest hard work!
