A great experience. I used the photo, MLS, supra lockbox, and transaction coordinator/tc forms help services. Whenever I had a question it was answered within minutes. The only thing I would note is it was a little confusing on the website. Maybe a summary of real estate sale/purchase process would help? Debra
Absolute Legit and it worked for us in Florida!We sold our house in 27 days and everything well with Homecoin.In regards, to their customer service at first I was a bit concerned that its via email but it worked out for me. I received timely response to all my questions with several options on resolving things!Today I got my refund for lockbox deposit as well!I would say that home seller does need to have some knowledge of how real estate transactions work or some business acumen.Will definitely use them again!
