Very pleased and had great first time experience, generated a good bit of interest and sold in 1 week for over the asking price. Used only the flat fee MLS listing for $199 in PA. My only criticism is that the website could be more user friendly to move back through info as you are making your listing and to change details and see exactly what you are changing. I also couldn't change initial details via Change Request like room details, water/sewer details, etc, so best advice is to get everything right the first time as you enter it. After that it was easy to change photos and make some other changes, just not some of those initial details. My changes to photos updated...read full review
